Team Intellibus returned from a very well run National Championships which was held on the Alexandra Park track in Pietermaritzburg from 26-30 April 2012.

When Team Intellibus was formed it was always the ambition and aim of team management to create opportunities for the riders to take part at international level. The team’s focus has shifted this year to national and international success to promote the team’s brand and co-sponsors.

The team known among the cycling fraternity as “the Bus” was formed in 2008 by team owner, Owen Lloyd, and quickly grew into where it is today with representation in all the age categories on the track and national champions across the board.

We caught up with this Cape Town based track outfit at the Complete Cyclist Memorial Cup and The MTN Club 100 Track Classic.

The annual Wayne Pheiffer Cycles/Walmer cycling Club Grand Prix took place at the Westbourne Oval on 8 January 2011, and the riders were greeted by slightly windy racing conditions at the 2pm start.
